All treatments are available by appointment at the following location in Downtown Eugene, Oregon: The Resonance Building 840 Lawrence St., Eugene OR 97401. You may contact John directly at [email protected], or via text or call at 541.799.6321 to schedule an appointment. BILLING FOR SERVICES: John does not accept insurance, but if your insurance covers acupuncture, he can provide you with a Superbill invoice for submission and reimbursement. A Superbill is an itemized invoice that includes the appropriate codes for your ailments being treated. If your insurance covers acupuncture, then you may submit your invoice to your insurance company and they will reimburse you. The fee for the acupuncture session is due at the time of service. Patients claim that John's fees are quite fair, and his goal is not to break your bank, but to provide you with quality healthcare for a reasonable exchange. |
